Rental Period

The house is rented for the period defined at the time of your booking, as specified in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a guest claim the right to remain in the property beyond this period.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, you will find a second set of keys inside the house.
For self check-in, a key box is available; the code will be provided on the day of your arrival.
When leaving, please return the keys to the key box.

Capacity

Our house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. For safety and comfort reasons, this number must not be exceeded.

Provided Equipment

The house is rented with bedding (bed bases, mattresses, sofa bed), duvets and pillows.
Bed linen and other household linen (towels and kitchen towels) are provided.
Beds will be made upon arrival.
A cleaning kit is available for your use.

On departure, please remove fitted sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, and place them at the foot of the beds. Towels should be left in each bathroom. Please do not remove mattress protectors.

Use of the Premises

All furniture is at your disposal. Please take care of it and keep it clean.
Water, electricity, and heating are included in the rental price. To help protect the environment, please turn off lights when leaving a room, avoid unnecessary water use, and keep doors and windows closed while heating is on.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Always ensure that doors and windows are properly closed when leaving. You will be held responsible in case of theft or damage.

Interiors

From the first floor upwards, the floors are wooden. Please take care of them:

Do not go up to the second floor with outdoor shoes.
If possible, remove shoes on the ground floor or at the first-floor entrance (a bench is provided). Otherwise, please wipe your shoes carefully on the entrance mats to avoid dirt and small stones that may damage the wood.
The wooden staircase may be slippery in socks; please hold the handrail.

Internet Usage

Internet connection is provided. Guests agree to comply with laws regarding downloads and website usage.

Safety & Courtesy

Please respect the peace of the house and its surroundings. Keep noise levels reasonable both inside and outside the property. In case of disturbance or complaints, we reserve the right to exclude guests responsible.

No noise is allowed after 10:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m.
Do not walk with outdoor shoes on the wooden floors (1st & 2nd floor). Slippers are provided; you may also bring your own.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. An ashtray is provided on the terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.

Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents during the stay. The spa area may present a drowning hazard; children must never be left unsupervised.
Guests must also ensure windows are closed in case of rain or storm. Any water damage (especially to the wooden floors) caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.
Children and babies must be supervised when using the terrace.

Cleaning Fee

The cleaning fee (amount specified in the contract) includes cleaning of the property and household linen. However, please do not leave the house in disorder and remember to empty the bins before departure.

Waste Disposal

Bins are available for your use. Please follow sorting rules:

Yellow bin: cardboard, plastic, and metal packaging
Green bin: household waste
Glass: container available near the veterinary clinic parking lot.

Nothing should be left in the bins upon departure.

Pets

Pets are strictly prohibited in the property.

Outdoor Areas

Parasols

The parasol and terrace chairs for the upper terrace are stored in the yellow living room; please leave them upstairs to avoid damaging the walls.
The parasol for the lower terrace is stored in the garage.

Bikes
Four bicycles are available in the garage. Please note that helmets are not provided.

Games
Games (darts, balls, rackets, pétanque) are also available in the garage. Please return them to their place after use.

Barbecue
The barbecue is located in the shed at the end of the garden.

Use charcoal only (no wood).
Ensure it is completely extinguished before going to bed or leaving the house by closing the air vents.
Please empty the ashes and clean the barbecue after use.

In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately at +33 6 36 53 31 93.
We will do our best to resolve the issue. No repair costs will be reimbursed without prior agreement.

In case of breakage, damage, or incident, please report it during your stay, even if no visible damage appears.
